Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 July 2026 · Applies to the Daily Barkat mobile app and dailybarkat.in

By creating an account or using Daily Barkat, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us at help@dailybarkat.in before using the app.

1. Who can use Daily Barkat

2. How earnings work — the honest version

3. Wallet & payouts

4. Premium

Premium costs ₹99/month (or ₹999/year) and can be paid from your wallet balance. It raises your revenue share to 100%, doubles task rewards and daily ad caps, and removes the maths gate. Fees already charged are non-refundable once the billing period has started; you can cancel renewal anytime in the app.

5. Fair use — what gets you banned

Violation leads to account termination and forfeiture of the wallet balance. Ad fraud is not a victimless act — it reduces every honest user's earnings.

6. What Daily Barkat is not

7. Service changes & availability

We may update features, reward rates, and limits to keep the service sustainable — significant changes are announced in the app. We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the balance in your wallet at the time of the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect UPI IDs you enter, device issues, or third-party services.

9. Termination

You may delete your account anytime (withdraw your balance first, if eligible). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with the right to appeal via email within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhusawal / Jalgaon, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
